Make your hotel reservations soon, the cut-off date for the block is Monday, July 13th at the close of the business day. After the cut-off date, rooms at the conference rate will be based on the hotel’s availability.
If you need to cancel your reservation, the policy is 24 hours prior to 11:59 p.m. local time the day of arrival. If you do not cancel in time your credit card guarantee will be charged 1-night's fee.
The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to Reston Town Center, operating daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The Hyatt Regency is in the heart of the vibrant Reston Town Center. Selected for its walkability, Reston Town Center offers more than 50 high-end retailers, 35 restaurants, and a multiscreen cinema. Each Hyatt Regency guestroom offers a workstation, a 55” flat panel Smart TV, and views overlooking Reston Town Center. Free high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi) is available in public areas. A Wi-Fi code for the meeting rooms will be provided at the registration desk for attendees.

The business center is located on the first floor, lobby level, near the front desk. It is open 24 hours a day, contains two computers and one printer, and serves as a self-service center. FedEx shipping is available.
Pool
The outdoor pool is open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. Complementary towels are available.
Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is available 24 hours a day and features cardio machines, Peloton bikes, strength-training equipment, and exercise mats. Towels and filtered water are provided at no charge.
Amenities
Guestroom amenities include an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, coffeemaker, and refrigerator. Microwaves are available on request.

Parking at the Hyatt Regency Reston
STAM attendees will be offered a discount on overnight and daily self-parking. The discounted rates are $13.50 for overnight parking and $15.00 for daily parking. Parking is in the self-parking garage adjacent to the hotel. Valet parking is not available.

Dining at the Hyatt Regency Reston
• The Capital Burger restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and offers a Happy Hour from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. during the week.
• Room service is available daily from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.
