The Office of Child Care’s (OCC) 2026 Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) State and Territory Administrators Meeting (STAM 2026) will focus on leading and implementing the CCDF program. STAM 2026 will be an in-person meeting, but it will offer some limited virtual participation options as well.

Meeting Schedule

STAM 2026 proceedings will begin at 9:00 a.m. (EDT) on Tuesday, July 21st, and will conclude by 5:00 p.m. (EDT) on Thursday, July 23rd. There will be meeting and engagement opportunities for all participants on all three meeting days.

On Friday, July 24th, OCC will host a half-day meeting for territory CCDF administrators and staff members (by invitation only) that will begin at 9:00 a.m. (EDT) and will conclude by 12:00 noon (EDT).

STAM 2026 will feature regional meetings, facilitated peer-learning discussions, networking opportunities, presentations by subject-matter experts and technical assistance specialists, federal updates, and an analysis of data and information submitted by lead agencies.
