Attendance and Travel
State and territory administrators are strongly encouraged to bring a team to STAM 2026. Those who work closely with you on CCDF program administration tasks are likely to be the best fit for the meeting content; that may include education and early childhood policy leads from your governor’s office, subsidy managers, licensing leads, fiscal staff, and partners who work with you on CCDF administration.
Lead Agencies are reminded that CCDF program funding may be used for allowable costs associated with travel, lodging, per diem, and other related expenses associated with grantee meetings and trainings, including STAM 2026.
